Daily Flight

As you taste through an educational exploration of our wines, discover your own definition of the term “Willamette Valley terroir.” Within the Raptor Ridge portfolio of wines, you will be able to experience the influence of diverse soil types and microclimates spanning the entire breadth of the Willamette Valley. The Daily Flight regularly includes a seasonally-appropriate selection of five wines from four of the seven nested AVAs, and the opportunity to investigate at least one of our eclectic European varietals; Estate-grown Grüner Veltliner, Auxerrois from Eola-Amity, or, venture beyond the Willamette Valley to Southern Oregon as you taste our Rogue Valley Tempranillo Reserva. Conclude your tasting with a bonus opportunity to taste one library wine from our cellar.

 

Our daily tasting experience will take you through an educational discovery of our wines, and allow you to explore your own definition of the term “Willamette Valley terroir” including how different soil types and the various microclimates influence the range of single-vineyard pinot noir and other European varietals we produce.
